Voucher code not found.

    We purchased and installed AWO Coupon Pro. When we add new coupons we get the message: "Voucher code not found. Please try again."
    We tried this with Coupon and BuyX Get Y

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Try debugging it by going to admin->awocoupon->configuration->error messages tab, and clicking the debug button to populate all error messages. Then test the coupon again to see where it is failing,
