Prestashop version module object error

Just bought AwoCoupon for prestashop. module said it installed good. but the menu item never shows up even though it is listed under the admin -> menu area for edit. uninstall and install again call i get is 'Cannot load the module's object.' now it says it's not installed when it is listed under the modules to disable/ect. uninstall/install don't fix it. reset option gives up the object error. redownloaded the install from you again thinking corrupt download, not work. manually loading the menu item results in php errors about missing stuff. nothing is working.
