coupon for only product without discount

How can I set coupon avaible only if in cart there are product without discount?

If I understand correctly you want to create a coupon code which will work only on products that have not been discounted? If so then check the box 'exclude discounted products'. And that should do it.

When editing a coupon, it is under the optional section.

Are you using the pro version? This feature does not exist in the free version.
