Acymailing template

On the other hand I have bought plugin for Acymailing, but I can not find any template to configure it.

I am not sure what you mean here. The acymailing email templates are configured in acymailing. If you mean the tag for generating a coupon code, when editing an email template, click the 'tags' link and you should see the awocoupon tab there. And you can configure it there:
