How to purchase a gift sertificate for someone else?

Is it possible to configure the module like this:

Person A purchases a gift certificate. He would like the email which contains the info "Hi, you have a new gift sertificate, here is your code...etc" to go out automatically to Person B (this email he should enter somewhere)
