Hikashop shipping coupon and warehouses

Hello,

I am using:
Joomla 3.4.3
Hikashop business 2.5.0
AwoCoupon Pro 2.3.8

I have a shipping coupon set up for 100% shipping discount for orders over $150.00
In hikashop I have 2 warehouses, one with a manual shipping plugin with a set amount or free shipping on products, the other that gets shipping values from an API.
Because there are 2 types of shipping in the order the coupon doesn't always seem to work.

If the first product added to the cart uses the API, then the coupon applies a discount based on that shipping amount.
However, if the first product added to the cart uses the manual shipping plugin, then the discount is applied to this shipping amount, sometimes resulting in no discount.

Is there a way to get the coupon to apply to a specific shipping type?

You cannot add screen shots. You can send them to the email on the contact us page or upload them to a temp url and send the links, something like this:

But for your problem, I am having a hard time understanding. Are you saying that an order can potentially have to shipping methods within it?
