I am looking for one solution, I hope you will help me in this.

I want to start a promotion which should be Buy 4 and Get 1 Free. But it should work like, the customer Buy same product but 4 PCS, the same Product 5th Piece should be free and not any other product.

I want to start this promotion in all my products.

Please help me in this.

Yes, you can do this. When creating the buy x get y coupon, check the box 'dont mix products':
