order status trigger

In the configuration page, we have order trigger option to set . Is it only selected method to trigger the point/coupon? Can we set more than 1 method to trigger like shipped to trigger and pay pal to trigger?

Yes, you can hold the control key and select as many order statuses you want for triggering. And the first order status an order enters for triggering is where it will be triggered.
