I have question on rule type “order”. I set minimum order total to 350 ,credit type to "point", points to 1. Is this setting means every purchase total order for over $350 earn 1 points. If the customer purchase $2000, can he get every $350 to have 1 point ?That means he will get 5 point?? Thanks

Hello,

No, if you set it to 1 point, then they will earn one point. If you want the points to be based on the amount of the order then use the "Percent of Order Total" field. This will give the customer points based on the value of their order.

Another thing you can do is setup x number of rules, where you order them in this order:

- Order rule, minimum order total 1750, points 5
- Order rule, minimum order total 1400, points 4
- Order rule, minimum order total 1050, points 3
- Order rule, minimum order total 700, points 2
- Order rule, minimum order total 350, points 1

With this approach you would need to setup the maxiumum you think a customer will purchase.
