how do I know JQuery being loaded in the front end ?

What do you mean? Do you mean if AwoRewards loads jquery? AwoRewards does load it, but you can disable this option in aworewards->configuration if you already have jquery loading for your site.

I don't know whether jquery loaded in my website or not. Where can I check it?

You can look at the source code. If viewing your website in firefox, right click and click on 'view page source'. Then when the code loads search for jquery.
