Redeem points for coupons

1-.I have the version 2.1.5 redwards awo . I have read that there is a module for exchange points for holding off the problem is I do not see in the management of modules, I only see redwards awo promotion. No how, or if the company is not keeping my website has deleted , or is not installed at the time.

2.-No coupons are sent when a customer makes a review of a product, I followed the steps , and I watched the tutorial, I created the template , type coupon template. Only on one occasion was sent . appreciate that pusierais a tutorial on how to do it step by step. Anyway I wonder if a client can make 3 or 4 reviews , and 3 or 4 coupons are generated or if you can put points on the reviews that I think yes, but I have the problem of changing the points for coupons.

3.-JInstaller : Install: Failed to find the XML configuration file. I see this error when trying to update awo coupon pro and awo redwards . No it should

4.-You know if you go to get a product that can bind to AlphaUserPoints and can add these points to those of awo coupon , not whether it does or does not the current application.

1. Are you referring to the 'Points display for AwoRewards' module? It should have been installed when you installed AwoRewards and you should be able to create a new module and select it. If you cannot find it, you can look at the download package, it is in the folder:
admin/helpers/extensions/modules/mod_aworewards_points

2. when you setup the review rule, did you check the box "First review only"? If so then this is the reason onl the first coupon is given and not more

3. How did you try to update it? Through extensions->installer? If so make sure you unzipped the file first. The files that you should use should read com_awocoupon--.zip and com_aworewards--.zip

4. I do not really understand this question. Are you trying to say if you can transfer points from Alphauserpoints to Aworewards? If so, then no, but you can go the other way, transfer points from aworewards to alphauserpoints.

Hi Sei DOWNLOAD the update already and fix files , like the module to display coupons , we had erased, but the update has been fixed .

Regarding the " First review only " checkbox is it only once ?, could be used, but if you want to limit it to only could do 4 monthly reviews of different products , could be done? If the answer is yes , how could be done ?
We need to value our products as we have over 2000 on the website .

I have another question I have followed the tutorial for referring friends, but the discount code is not generated or for the sponsor or for the friend, but mail notification log to sponsor a friend does.

Limiting to x monthly reviews of different product cannot be done in AwoRewards. You would have to add custom code to get that to work.
