Free shipping for gift certificates+disable some payment methods

Hello,

I have AWOCoupon up and running perfectly, I've created some gift certificate products to sell, everything is working as intended.
My only problem is that I want to have free shipping for the Gift Certificates(I deliver them only by mail) and I would like to disable Cash on Delivery payment method and leave only online payments(PayPal and CC) for orders that contain Gift Certificates.
Can anybody help with some advice on how to achieve these 2 things?

For shipping, AwoCoupon pro comes with a Gift Certificate shipping method which you can enable, and will only show if there are only gift certificates in the shopping cart.

As for limiting payment method based on products in the cart, I do not know of an extension that does this. There are extensions that will limit payment method based on shipping method select. An example of this is rupostel one page checkout.
