Free shipping coupon code

Hi - I installed Pro version with specific need to create a coupon that will zero out shipping charges (SHIPFREE) - set it up to apply 100% discount to shipping when code is entered - however, it seems to go in a loop at that point:-

Customer places order, enters coupon SHIPFREE (before selecting shipping method) and gets Coupon Code not found.

If SHIPFREE coupon is entered AFTER shipping method is selected, Checkout process goes back to Select a Shipping Address.

Please let me know the best way to set this up - maybe something is wrong in my config?

Hi, in AwoCoupon dashboard -> Configuration, the second option is "Enable entry of shipping coupon before shipper is selected". I would set that to yes for your site and that should take care of the problem.
