Magento Aworewards: Cannot save rules

I have installed the extension and I am able to access its dashboard and options with out a problem.

When I try to setup a new rule and I select either "Points" or "Instant" as Credit Type I don't see the text box where I can enter the amount of Points.

Also, If i select Order as Rule Type, the relevant textboxes do not appear.

Sounds like an Ajax issue???

I have checked my server logs and I didn't see any errors...

Yes seems to be a javascript issue. What version of Magento are you using?

If you inspect element in google chrome and go to 'console' tab, do you see any errors when you select a rule type?

I use Magento 1.7.0.2

I see 2 errors in the Console, when I load the new rule page:

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined (index):601

I see the following message when I change an option from the dropdown boxes (e.g. Rule Type)

That is strange, jQuery is added by AwoRewards, specifically in this file:

/app/design/adminhtml/default/default/layout/awodev\aworewards.xml

Can you log in to ftp and verify that file exists?

Also is it possible for you to send a private message with temp admin access to have a look?
