[Resolved] Transfer issue

    Hi
    I have follow your FAQ for transfer a license:
    Is my license transferable?
    Licenses are transferable if they have not been made permanent. To transfer your license:

    Log into your Awo account
    Go to the Licenses screen here
    Click "Transfer/Renew" under the license you want to transfer
    Confirm the details and Submit
    Copy the generated Local Key into your Awo Software

    When i submit my license i get this error:
    Data does not match
    Error Activating License

    How can i solve this issue?

    Hello,

    Your license is already activated. So you simply need to enter the genrated local key from your awodev account into the software

    I still get this error when i try to enter the new url/website and the locl key:
    Website: please enter an input
    Error updating local key

    Hello Seyi,

    Thanks for your reply,

    As i set my local key and click to "update local key" button, then i found message that "local key updated" and redirect to components main page.

    But when i click to "new coupon" to create coupon or at any page, page redirect to license view and display a error message like "Website does not match local key"

    Please let me know this problem issue as son as possible.
