Error Message Using this Payment Method

After I installed this component and try to pay, the error message shows:

CreateAccessCode SOAP Error: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://api.sandbox.ewaypayments.com/Soap.asmx?WSDL' : failed to load external entity "https://api.sandbox.ewaypayments.com/Soap.asmx?WSDL"

I am using the test mode. And my website is installed in a Xampp Computer.

I do not quite understand. Where are you seeing this error? Are you using rapid 3?

Yes, I am using Rapid 3. I installed it in my local computer with a XAMPP instead of the web server , is that caused the error?

Is your website accessible from outside your webserver? If not this may be the problem.

I'm also having this problem. Site is in test mode, but it is on a live server.
