Buy X get Y overall quanity

    Hi there!


    I hope you can help. I have buy X get Y (automatic) coupon setup. The get Y product is automatically added, and discounted 100% (great). When I remove a product and the lower end threshold of 200 minimum spending requirement is not there anymore, the item is not removed. The coupon is configured to remove it. The free product is excluded from the BuyX. What am I doing wrong? AWO coupon v 4.1.0.1 / VM 4.6.6 11237 / Virtueplanet one page checkout.

    Hello,

    I am not seeing any issues when testing this sort of coupon.  If you temporarily disable vp one page checkout, does it work?

    Ok I tested. I it is the same. I have seen this behavior longer actually.

    Thanks for the access.  I was able to figure out the problem.  The issue is the price of the free product had no price.


    In the above, you have override final selected, which dropped the price to 0.  For AwoCoupon to work properly, it needs a price, even if it is a very small one.

    I temporarily changed the price of spring lock to this:


    And it worked fine.  The product is automatically added and removed from the cart depending on the order total price.

    I wanted to ask, can Awocoupon stack two automatic coupons? I see that one gets applied (the one discussed below).

    It can but you would need to enable multiple coupons for that.  When I looked at your configuration, you had multiple discounts disabled.
