Hello everyone, I have a problem with AwoCoupon Pro when a customer uses a gift card.
I use joomla 5 and virtuemart 4, during the purchase phase when the customer enters a gift card code the selected shipping method disappears and for this reason the checkout process is blocked.
I followed the instructions on this page https://awodev.com/documentation/awocoupon/gift-certificate-products to configure the product
Could someone guide me to solve the problem?

- Hello,What version of AwoCoupon/Virtuemart are you using?Does this happen everytime a voucher is used, or only when it fully covers the cost of the items in the cart?

- Hello,Thanks for the access. Because you are using shipping and testing on min/max amount, the cart is getting confused with what shipping method to display. The only way to really fix this is to ignore coupon discount in shipping total. You can find the solution here:
