Doesn't generate the rewards to sponsor after purchase

I have tried to create rule with points, but seems to not generate the rewards for sponsor.
The order status to trigger the rule are selected Confirmed by Shopper and Confirmed.
Please check my rule's configuration screen shot in the attached files.
If I try to manually add points to a user, it doesn't work also.
I don't understand why it isn't working.

Hello,

I see you sent me access to the site. So I went ahead and registered through a referral link, so that I am attached to a sponsor. Then I made a purchase, and I received the credit.

Seems to be working, can you have a look?

1) Yes, points are awarded, but only if the customer registers an account before purchasing and buys as a Registered, then the Sponsor is awarded points. If the Customer does not register an account when purchasing via the same link, then the Sponsor is not awarded points. Is it possible to fix this so that when purchasing via the link, but without registration, the Sponsor is also awarded points?
2) Please suggest me how to enable multilanguage for AwoRewards? Isn't working at moment.
