Coupon Error and Free Shipping.

    Hi, I have created a coupon code with discount 5% and I have a free shipping for Eur 70 for order.

    If customer enter coupon code, he pay shipping. This function it's not correct.
    How resolve it?

    Also are you saying the user should pay for shipping after applying the coupon?

    Shipping it’s displayed but not calculated in cart and customers receive mail also.

    This problem it’s displayed after customers insert coupon code in cart.

    It’s Virtuemart standard checkout or VP One Page checkout.

    Hello,

    I cannot tell what is going on in that video.  You seem to have 2 different sections that show the shipping.  Might just be mobile version issues, in any case ran test myself.  Before coupon:





    After coupon:


    After the coupon, although it says it is 15.2 for shipping, it actually changes 21.6 for shipping.

    What version of AwoCoupon and virtuemart are you running?

    Check in admin > awocoupon > installation check.  Is everything installed?

    Error it’s that delivery cost it’s displayed in cart but I have free delivery for all products for 70 €. of order.

    AwoCoupon installation it’s ok and complete.

    I don’t found where is error… ☹️

    I write in Virtuemart forum too but not reply.

    I have:

    VirtueMart 4.4.4 11101

    AwoCoupon 4.0.1.4

    Joomla 5.2.5
    PHP 8.2

    Even without a discount, it is showing a shipping cost, and the order total is 250.  I think you should try to temporarily disable vp one page checkout and test it without to see if that is causing the problem.

    If disable VP One Page Checkout I have same error.
