Coupon (Awo Rewards Template) as Gift

    Hi,

    After created coupon from Awo rewards

    Payment Type: Coupon - System

    Coupon to Copy - AWOPOINTS - in VM changed to GIFT (I think gift is only for ONE use, isn't it?)


    then this coupon I can use more then one time. But I need use only one time.

    Where is my mistake?

    Hello,

    Yes, a vm gift coupon is a one time use coupon.  I would check the coupon you are using an make sure it is a gift coupon in the vm system.  Or at least test the system, create a gift coupon, use it and try to use it again

    Ahh, in VM I have to setup status order for closing coupon.

    Now are everything ok.
