Unable to activate my subscription

    I just paid for a new license for the AWO Coupon plugin for Joomla.  I then installed it on a  Joomla 4 site upgrade but when I go to activate it just says "error2 Error Activating License".  I am entering the KEY displayed on my Subscriptions page.  This has always worked in the past (we've used your plugin for many years now).


    Please help.

    Hello,

    Looking at your subscription it is already tied to a website.  So try going to the subscription screen:
    https://awodev.com/subscriptions

    And first deactivate the site attached to ti, then try again.

    We have it activated to the live website sfrankelgroup.com and are getting ready to release the NEW site at sfrankelgroup.com/new so that is the only change.  Anyway, we can try to activate it again once the site is live and hopefully that works.
