Used coupons not listed in History of Uses

Hi Seyi,
I have some automatic coupons setup. The last one in the history of uses is dated 24/3/23. There has been 7 or 8 since then which are not on the list of History of Uses.

Any hints on what we need to do ?

Hello,

The first thing I would check is awocoupon > configuration > triggers tab. How do you have restore coupon and trigger coupon processing setup?

Ok, that is not an issue then. The only other thing I can think of without debugging the code is it might be a payment method issue not calling the virtuemart triggers that would trigger the awocoupon processing. Do you have more than one payment method? If so is only doing this for a specific payment method? If this is not the issue, really do not know without debugging. Happy to debug if you can send a private message with temp ftp and admin access.

And just to make sure, for the 7 or so orders that have used the coupon code and do not show in the order history list, they order status are in 'shipped' right?

Yes.
They would've went Pending > Paid > Shipped.
Currently, they are marked as shipped.

Not really possible to guess, would have to take a direct look at it, not sure what the issue could be.

Hi Seyi, this is derek webster on behalf of Garry here - This issue seems to have raised its head again - the last 6 uses of coupons have not registered as history of uses. Can we pick this up again.

Perhaps I can give you access to the site to sanity check our setup?
