I have a problem with the function comrpa these products and for free you have this product.
Sometimes it happens that we do a promotion where if a user buys certain products in some category then they get another product for free, but this promotion is tied and you cannot use other coupons otherwise you are no longer entitled to the gift.
People try it anyway and when they insert another coupon, for example, the gift 'disappears' but is not comuhicated anywhere.

How can I solve this? A message/alert would be sufficient
