Coupon code not found. Please try again

Hi,
I am getting "Coupon code not found. Please try again." I have pro version installed. I don't see any problem. Read some threads but no luck on how to fix it. I have J2.5.17 and VM 2.0.26a

How can I send you login details for you to have a look?

Hello,

One thing you cna do to find out why it is failing is go to awocoupon->configuration->error message tab and change all the errors to something identifiable then try the coupon again.

If you rather I look at it, I can, please send me a private message (icon to the left) with temporary admin access and information about which coupon is giving you problems.
