Hi, I need the Gift Cards to work with other discount coupons, how do I do this?
Now, if you have a gift card and a discount coupon, it doesn't work together.
How do I solve this?

Hello,

In awocoupon > configuration, on the multiple coupon tabs, you can enable multiple coupons.

Hi,

This seems to be a different website from the one you sent the image of. Looking in awocoupon > configuration > multiple coupons, multiple coupons was not enabled, so I enabled it.

Also looked at your override files, and it looks like when you installed klarna, it removed some of the awocoupon overrides, specifically:
- override/classes/Cart.php
- override/controllers/front/CartController.php
So I added them back.

Then tested by adding a normal coupon and a gift cert to the cart, which worked:

I misunderstood, this site you put the screenshot on is the one where sending the gift card doesn't work.
The other one is www.biotex.it there is the problem with the gift card that if you use it you cannot use another discount coupon....sorry for the misunderstanding

Thanks for the access.

I created a gift certificate and a normal coupon and was able to use both in the cart without issues:

So I looked at one of the gift certificates you created, or was created through the system, and it has the individual use only option checked:

So that will stop it from being used with any other coupon. Will need to uncheck that if you want it to work with other coupons.

OK, but we have set individual use only on the various coupons to make sure that one cannot use two coupons together.
The gift card should not be "affected" by this, as it is a gift card that can be used with other coupons, but individual coupons cannot be used with other coupons.
Any advice?

The system works as you set it up. If you do want gift cards to be usable with other coupons, then uncheck the individual use from the template used to generate the giftcard.

For example, here is a giftcert. Have a look at the very last option in the image "individual use only". It is checked.

I have replied. Again it is the individual use only checkbox. If any coupon you are entering into checkout has it check, it will cause all other coupons to be removed.

Yes, but as I said before, if I put that option on the coupons it means that one can use two or more coupons and add them up and that's not good.
I need that if you use a gift card you can also use the coupon.
