Error with CFG_COUPERR_NO_RECORD

Hello everyone!

After some changes on the site (i don't know what was changed), the error had occured.
In awocoupon.ini this error corresponding with COM_AWOCOUPON_CFG_COUPERR_NO_RECORD string.

How can i find what record is missing?

Hello,

Not sure I understand, are you trying to find out why the coupon failed? You can go to admin > awocoupon > configuration > error messages, click the 'debug' button and 'save', then try it again. It should give you more info.

Thanks for your answer, but i'm trying to understand, the source of error that appear in checkout page.
If an authorized user go to on checkout page,
the error message is appears. Text of this messege is taken from COM_AWOCOUPON_CFG_COUPERR_NO_RECORD field.
In firefox dev tools it's look like:

msgs: Object { e666c03956c7d8aaba786bdc88d7da51: "ERROR TEXT HERE", length: 1}

when error text taken from COM_AWOCOUPON_CFG_COUPERR_NO_RECORD field.

Rough translation of error text is: "No record, not published or expired."

So without entering a coupon, you are seeing this error?
Also what shopping cart are you using, and what version of the shopping cart and AwoCoupon are you using?

Yes, i'm see this error without entering a coupon.

I'm using Onepage checkout 2.0.387.040719 and AwoCoupon 3.5.8.4

Then you have an automatic coupon setup, in awocoupon > coupons > automatic discounts?
This is quite an old version of AwoCoupon, would need to upgrade if you cannot figure out the problem.

No, i don't have automatic coupon setup. But for every newly registered user i automatically assign coupon with 5% discount.
This error message posted by OnePage Checkout component, i found it in onepage.js
But i still can't understand, what is looking for.
Do you know in whitch cases this error will occur?

I'm afraid to upgrade, because site have a lot (300+) third-paty scripts and mods.
This situation is the result of attempt to install plugin for automated shipping cost evaluation from third-part developer.

No not really sure why it is there. Have you tried contacting rupostel about it? Usually very responsive.
