Error in checkout and can't clear coupon

    Our users ran into an issue where an error comes up when they try to use their balance. The error appears, but the balance still works. However, the credit cannot be removed from the cart once applied. Hoping you can help us get to the bottom of why this is occurring. Seems to be something that just started in the last couple days. No software updates have been made to my knowledge. Running AWO 3.6.0.3, Hikashop Business 4.4.3, Joomla 3.9.28.

    Hello,

    Not sure.  How is the balance added to the cart?  Is it automatic or through a module?  I'm guessing it is not deleting due to the error being displayed.  Is this happening on all user balances?

    It's through a module and appears to be happening for all users.

    I was able to clear the errors by updating AWO and Hika to the latest versions. All good!
