Gift Certificate Generated But Not Accepted

    Hi,


    Happy new year!

    I have a client that purchased a gift certificate and received it flawlessly. The only issue now is that when they try to use the certificate, they are unable to.

    I can provide further details on the gift certificate and access to the site but I need to know why this one failed and if future ones will do the same. I thought I had everything resolved but it looks like I am still missing something.

    Thanks for the access.  Had a look.  In the generated gift certificate, you have "Minimum Product Price" set to 20.  This means the product in the cart has to have a minimum value of 20 for it to qualify.  Any product under that value would not work.  So I added a product over 20 and tested out the coupon code and it does work:



    So I think you should empty the "Minimum Product Price" in the template used to generate the coupon code and also in the coupon code.
