Vouchers are not received

    Hi there,

    all users reported that they did not receive an email with the voucher. However I get the vouchers sent to me.

    Where can I make email settings?

    I used the actually awocoupon version.

    Hello,

    Can you explain more?  Are you saying the customer purchases a voucher, and does not receive the giftcert email, but the admin receives it?

    yes thats correct! So now i doesnt have any idea what is the problem. Where can i take a look to fix this problem?

    That is strange, so if you go to awocoupon > history > orders, and resend the email from there, the customer does not receive it?  And how are you receiving it?  Are you cc'ed or bcc'ed on the gift certificate emails?
