Exclude Cashback email sending when coupon is applied in cart

    Hello,

    I'm trying to run cashback campaign on my webs hop.

    Rule looks like this:

    Points: 30% Order Total
    Coupon - AwoCoupon: BlackFriday2021
    AwoCoupon Email Template: Black Friday 2021
    Coupon Expiration: 90
    Minimum Order Total Type: Per Order
    Minimum Order Total: 5.00

    But I wanted to not send cashback coupon to those users who applied earlier given coupons.

    Is it possible?

    Hello,

    Not sure I understand your question.  Are you saying for users who in the past ordered, you do not want them to receive credit?  Simply set the start date.  The rule will start working from the start date set in the rule, and will ignore any orders previous to that date.

    No.

    For example:

    I've given many coupons previously with different discounts. But today I'm running Black Friday campaign. 

    If user applies previously given coupon, then user won't get cash back coupon today under BF.

    Hope I'm clear enough.

    Ok, so as I understand it, you are saying do not apply the rule if a discount coupon is used.  Unfortunately there is no feature for this.
