[Prestashop] Problem assigning points for each published review

Hi, I bought this plugin for reviews: https://addons.prestashop.com/it/recissioni-clienti/22373-recissioni-avanzate-con-foto-google-rich-snippets.html which is "supported" by the native but if I post a review, no points are awarded. You can help me? If you want access to the back end area let me know how I can send them to you, thanksa lot
