Affiliate not recording Orders with hikashop

HikaShop Starter: 2.2.2
AWO Affiliate 2.1.4

order confirmed !
but not view commision user reffereals.
Why ?

Not sure I understand. Are you saying that you setup an affiliate in awoaffilite, then used the affiliate coupon in the front end, confirmed the order and there was no commission given? This is hikashop right, go to awoaffiliate->configuration, and make sure that the order status is set to confirmed. I do not think it is by default for hikashop. Then try it again.

Did you check the order status in AwoAffiliate->Confivguration? Make sure it is also set to "Confirmed".

Ok, is the plugin "VMCoupon - AwoAffiliate" enabled?

If it is enabled, then I am really not sure why it is failing. I will be happy to debug it if you can send a private message with temporary admin and ftp access.

Yes, that is correct, forgot you are using Hikashop. So if that is enabled, in awoaffiliate->configuration you have the order status set to confirmed, you have entered an affiliate coupon code and moved the order status to confirmed, and you have still not received the commission, I am really not sure what is going on and would need to debug it.
