Gift Certificate Products - Cannot Select Coupon Template

Hi, I am issuing a problem that prevents me of creating a Gift Certificate Product.

I have the default Template and one I created on my own, but when I am trying to create the Gift Certificate Product, none of these is available in the dropdown list.

When setting up the template, under the published option, did you select 'template'?  It will only show in that dropdown if that is selected.

At "Email Template" there is no "Published" option.

At Gift Certificate Product tab there is no "Template" under Published options.

What do I miss here...?
