Hello, I am using Awo Coupon Pro with Virtuemart. In the case of a test order, the voucher will be sent as a png file, but not as a printable PDF. The PDF function is activated in the email template. What am I doing wrong?

- Hello,Not sure, so does the email sent include a pdf, just not with the image? Or no pdf at all? In the pdf, do you have the {image_embed} tag within it? Also do you have multiple email templates? Are you sure it is sending the one you think it is?
- It's the right email template. The voucher is sent as a png file in the mail. But no PDF is sent. I just don't know what's wrong.
I activated Yes, entered the file name of the PDF (gutschein.pdf) and now also the {image_embed} tag. - Not sure, happy to have a look if you can send a private message with temp admin access.
