hello, i don't know why i can't install awocoupon component on my website any more, i had it installed on my website last week and also i have it on local, but i did uninstall it from my website for some reasons, but after that i get an error every time i try to setup it again on my joomla, which says " Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes "
i just know that its a database related error, i have checked the database, installation process just create 5 awocoupon tables,
k05r6_awocoupon
k05r6_awocoupon_asset
k05r6_awocoupon_config
k05r6_awocoupon_license
k05r6_awocoupon_tag
i have tried deleting them and try again, with no luck, i have googled for the problem, some people says table engines should be innodb, so i changed those tables engines to innodb, but the installation process always give the same result.
i can't even install the old version it, but my joomla db works fine, i don't have any issues with other components.i can install and unistall other component, but not awocoupon, does anyone have suggestion for me to solve this?
