Exclude Category From Coupon

    Hi,

I just started using AwoCoupon and I have a slight setup issue. I am trying to create a coupon that activates automatically when the user has a minimum of $30 in the shopping cart. So far I have this working.

The issue is that I only want the coupon to work on all but one category.

Category A has a sub-category I'll refer to Category As

In the Product section of the Coupon configuration I select the following:
    Discount Type: Specific
    Type: Category
    Mode: Exclude
I found Category As and I added it.

Now I added 6 items from Category A to get the coupon and it works perfectly.

I add 5 Items from Category A for a total of $25 and then I add an Item from Category As for $15 bringing the total to $40
    and the coupon activates.

What can I do to exclude items from Category As from activating the coupon? My client wants to be able to give a mix and match discount but not on certain categories.

Any help I can get on this will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Thank you so much for your reply!

Unfortunately, when I did that my coupon is no longer activating. I tried adding the coupon manually and it says the coupon is not found. I have attached an image of my setup.

I figured it out! I started all over again and cleared out my cart. I used Specific no tax and it seems to be working like I want. Thank you again for your help!
