Automatically add balance to cart

Hello, I have a problem with "Automatically add balance to cart" option. When you put products to cart after fresh log in (to the site frontend) it works fine. But if you, for some reason, remove the products from cart and then add it again the add balance function does not work anymore - you need to add balance manualy, by pressing apply button. Please help :)

Please look at this, the deadlines are comming :) The same happens when you finalize the order and you want to make another. This feature is important because I use AwooCoupon as my only payment method so when the balance is not applied the user will see notification that there is no payment method availible.
