problem coupon backend orders

    Hi,


    I have a problem with the Awocoupon coupons.

    It happens that, sometimes, in backend orders the coupon doesn't appear but the discount is there or it is indicated that there is the coupon but the value is not displayed (I attach screen).

    This creates problems for us.

    The strange thing is that the customer always pays the correct amount and even in the emails that arrive everything is correct.

    The problem is in the management of backend orders where there are totals different from those that the customer rightly pays.

    The coupon in question allows 20% discount only on shipping and is not cumulative.

    The version of awocoupon is 3.5.7.0 wooocmmerce 3.7.1


    can you tell me how to solve it?

    Hello,

    Not sure I understand.

    So for example an order costs $20 with the discount.  But in the backend you are seeing the order's fill price of lets say $25?  And it only happens on some orders with a discount not all?  There must be a pattern to it.  Is it always for a specific coupon code?  In AwoCoupon > history of uses > coupons, does the discount show there for orders with this problem?
