AWO updater claiming subscription out of date Can't update

    I can't download the November update for AWOcoupon instead I get the following Message: Please update your subscription to get latest download.

    This is an issue because our License for AWO coupon is still active until May 2020. 

    Why exactly can't I download version 3.7.5.3, when I have version 3.7.5.2.

    Does your subscription key in AwoCoupon match what is in your account here:
    Does the site you are downloading from match the site in your subscription key?

    Worst case you could download the file directly and install through joomla installer.

    Yes, the license key in our application matches the one we have on this site.

    Would it be safe for us to upload the files to the site. Is there anything We'll specifically have to do to make it work or would it be just using the joomla package manager?

    You can install directly through joomla extension installer.  Nothing special to do after that.
