Gift card doesnt send email

    Hey guys,


    could you please help me? When I mark the order as payment recieved it doesnt send a gift card... I can send you access to pm..

    Anyone? Or is there another support anywhere?
    Also - I am on latest Joomla and latest awocoupon and VM 3.6

    Thanks for the access.  In admin > awocoupon > awocoupon > configuration, tab 'Gift certificate products', you do not have this option set:

        Order status for sending automatic email

    Please set it to a confirmed status, then move your order to that order status, it should then trigger the gift certificate email.
