We've set up a Free Shipping coupon that is applied as an auto-discount via a Parent. In the Free Shipping coupon we've specified products to be included.

The problem is that ALL shipping is being discounted for an order when some products in the cart are included in the coupon but some are not included. In the screenshot below only the 'TCI "At Home" Basic Tree Climbing Course' is included in the coupon. The 2 "You May Also like: ..." products are only options that were added to the cart but they should be charged shipping since they're not included in the coupon's products list.

Here's the same cart with the Hikashop setting "Group options with product" set to "No" ..

    Hello,

With AwoCoupon, you can discount shipping or not.  It does not take the products in the cart into discount calculation.  You can select products when creating a shipping coupon, but it is basically to decide if the coupon is valid or not, if you set the discount type to:
      - overall: then if any product you selected is in the cart, the shipping coupon is valid
      - specific: only products you selected have to be in the cart for the shipping coupon to be valid

And if you want just a specific shipping option to be discounted, you can select it when creating the coupon code, so that not all shipping options are discounted.

So with "specific", if there are products other than those selected in the cart the coupon will not be valid? So in my example the coupon would not be applied?

Yes, correct, if the discount type is 'specific', the coupon should only work if all products in your shopping cart are on the coupon product list.
