Coupon code - please make a selection - no coupon list?

Hi
Trying to set up some affiliates (joomla 3.9.12 / newest awo coupon/affiliate)
STEP 1
- I have created a coupon (when i go to the coupons list I see it)
STEP 2
I go to affiliates/new
- my affilate (joomla user) autoflls when i start typing the name (good)
- apparently I am supposed to see a list of available coupons to assign (created in step 1), but there is not.
- I tried to manually paste the coupon code the text field clears itself.
- I tried to save got the error 'Coupon Code: please make a selection' although there is no selection list offered?

any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello,

The coupon code field is an autofill field, just like the user field. So start typing the coupon code you created, after 2 letters you should start to see a list of coupons, and you can select one.

hmmm

I have now created 2 coupons in case it was a problem with one of them - neither coupon autofills - If I type the full coupon code in the text field the text field clears itself as soon as I go to the next field

Thanks for the access.

The issue has to do with case sensitivity. Basically if the coupon code has a capital letter in any part of the search you enter, it will not work. So for example, if the coupon code is:

coUpon

Your search:
co - will work
cou - will not work
coU - will not work

It breaks when it gets to the capital letter.

It will be fixed on the next update
