Gift Certificate / Customer Balance not zeroing out totals

    We have HikaShop and AwoCoupon set up with Customer Balances. In a recent order, a customer used their balance to zero out the cart total. However, it left $0.17. Any idea why this would happen?

    (The way we have our shop set up we have some users that can only pay with their balance and there are no other payment methods available to them. So, this remaining $0.17 makes it impossible for them to checkout.)

    Hello,

    Would need to debug that directly to figure out why it is not working as it should.

    If you can send a private message with temp admin/ftp access will have a look at it.

    Thanks for the access.  After debugging seems to have been rounding issues.  I have fixed it and it seems to work well now.
