License Problem

    Hello!


    I purchased AwoAffiliate in the middle of March, and am currently working with it on my test server. What I can't figure out is why my subscription has expired.

    According to the "Purchased Files" screen, my subscription for AwoAffiliate is valid until March of 2020. But according to the "Subscriptions" screen, my subscription to AwoAffiliate expired at the end of March, 2019, two weeks after I purchased it. I can't figure out how to resolve this issue on my own.

    Hello,

    Within AwoAffilate, you should see the button "Update expired license".  If you click it, the license will be be valid for another 2 weeks.  Or to make it permanent go to:
    https://awodev.com/me/licenses

    And you can make it permanent there.

    Thanks, I don't know why I don't see the option in AwoAffiliate, but I was able to update it on the web site. I think the button to do that was off the right side of the window when I checked before.
