How many category levels deep?

Hi,

How many category levels deep does AwoCoupon look for products?

I have a structure like this:

Root
- Main category
- Products of type A
- Subsubcategory 1
- product A1-1
- product A1-2
- product A1-3
- etc.

It looks that if I add category 'Products of type A' to a coupon, products A1-A, A1-2, etc. are not recognised. Could this be that AwoCoupononly looks for products in te category itself?

Correct, you will need to add all the sub categories also. This should be easy since you can view the categories in the structured order.
