Paid for "file renewal" Dec 2018 but can't download

Hello - We renewed files with the "File Renewal" annual fee, but we can't seem to download anything now. It's like it didn't update our account. Would you please update that ASAP so we can get the latest AWO coupon code for Joomla? Thanks.

Hmmmm does File Renewal no longer apply to AWO Coupon? I think we may have paid for something we didn't need, and instead maybe we need that refunded (it was a mistake, and we haven't downloaded anything), and then we can renew the AWO Coupon? Confused - could have swore that the file renewal is what we had to pay last year.
