Coupon is still not working. The only one that works is the "LteshpSh"
All of our old coupons don't work and can't create new coupons. We create them and they don't save.
Have you tried to create a coupon and it works?
Maybe you can tell me why the LteshpSh coupon works and the rest dont. That can help with the trouble shooting.
Awoaffiliate isnt working either. When I try to create a new affiliate it only allows me to enter 3 letters in the name.

- Hello,I just tried another coupon and it worked fine. Maybe you can tell me which coupon you are referring to not working? A way to debug would be to go to awocoupon > configuration > error messages, click the debug button and save. Then when you use the coupon in the front end you should see why it is failing.For AwoAffiliate, I am not having this problem. Do you mean when you try to add an affiliate and in the 'affiliate' box, you start to type a name and it only lets you enter 3 letters? And what happens after that? In my testing, I was able to enter as many letters as I wanted. It is expecting a username. If you enter user that does not exist, that is when it clears out the field, otherwise you should see a dropdown you can select from.
I'm not sure what you mean by "a user that doesn't exist". If I am creating a new affiliate how can the user already exist? Where is the place where I create the user?
Are there work instructions that i can download on how to operate and manage Awocoupon and Awoaffiliate? There are so many fields in both systems that arent self-explanatory and i would need to understand them so that i can optimize usage out of them.
- Hello,When creating an affiliate in AwoAffiliate, it is assumed the user already exists in Joomla. So if the user does not exist, you would first need to create them in users. Once created, you can then enter the username in AwoAffiliate, and the dropdown will let you select the specific user.There is documentation here:And I am happy to help with any specific questions you have.

I am able to create affiliates now. My next question is how can the affiliates go into the system to see their sales and commissions?
For Awocoupon, can you show me the steps to set up free shipping coupons, and combination coupons? Also can customers use more than 1 coupon at a time?

- Hi, what do you mean by Virtuemart api is closed? Virtuemart is gpl licensed and the code is open. You are allowed to make any alterations to it for your own purposes.
