Coupon with limit 1 by customer not works

Hello,
I created a coupon that adds a product when I buy another product.
I set the limit to 1 for customer, but I had a customer that had the product free in his second order.
I have it in the virtuemart orders, but not in the history of coupon.

How can I solve this?

Hello,

AwoCoupon uses the coupon history to determine how many times a customer has used a coupon.  So if it does not show there, then this is why it was allowed to be used again.  Not sure why your first transaction did not show there.  In awocoupon > configuration, do you have the restore coupon number of uses set?  If so did the order not showing in the coupon history pass through that stage?

Well that is strange, if the coupon code is in the coupon history for that specific customer email, then that email cannot use the coupon again.  So the second use is not in the coupon history but they received a discount on the product in the order?

That does not make sense.  Is it possible to have a look at the admin section?  If so can you send a private message with temp access?

It's an online website with all the data of the customers, for privacy I think it will be difficult. But if you need I can send you screenshots of it.

Sure, would need screen shots of both order details, awocoupon configuration, history of uses where coupon is used.  That is all I can think of for now.
