Module problem

I'm having a problem with module display after new install, not 100% sure I've set up awo rewards properly yet but more or less followed the documentation so unsure if it's working yet.  Module is displaying as in attached image, note the promotional codes module above it appears as it should.

It looks like your install does not have the global language keys:
- DECIMALS_SEPARATOR
- THOUSANDS_SEPARATOR

This are the separators for configuration numbers on your site.  In admin, go to extensions->language->override, and add the above 2.

In English, this is what they would be set to:
DECIMALS_SEPARATOR="."
THOUSANDS_SEPARATOR=","
